Meet Our Team
#ThePawPalsGals!
At PawPals, we’re not just a daycare – we’re a big family, and your dog is a huge part of it! We take the time to get to know each pooch individually – their unique quirks, how they love to play, and when it’s time to relax and enjoy a cuddle.
We build real connections with every dog, so they’re always excited to come back and see us! Our team isn’t just made up of dog lovers (although we totally are) – we’re passionate, experienced, and dedicated to making sure your doggo has the best day ever!
With a focus on safety, happiness, and personalised care, we’re here to make sure your dog is relaxed, content, and loving life every single day they spend with us.
Rescue dogs have a massive place in Laura’s heart and she would rescue all the dogs if she had her way but she can’t (as her partner insists he deserves a space in their bed) so instead, her long term goal is to help fund rescues where ever she can.
Laura has a degree in Advertising and Media, a Certificate in Canine Behavior and a Certificate in Canine First Aid. It is Laura’s aim to ensure your dog has a fantastic day out in a safe and fun environment, playing with their friends and surrounded by people who adore what they do.
After years of working in the corporate world full time, I decided to follow my passion of working with animals full time. I have over 25 years of working with rescue organizations as well as fostering, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs.

I have been working In the animal industry since I was 16 , my first job being at a pet shop, I then moved to vet nursing for a while, then I decided my heart and passion lay with dog grooming. I have been dog grooming for 8 years now and I will never get tired of the rewarding feeling I get when owners have seen their dogs after a makeover. I also spend some time working in the daycare here at Pawpals and love cuddling and taking care of our client’s beloved dogs.
I started working at PawPals in September 2020 after volunteering for a dog rescue for 18 months.
I also have a cert in Veterinary Assistant and I fell in love with PawPals after being a client for over a year.
I am delighted to have finally got the opportunity to work with dogs full time.
The dictionary defines Bella as: crazy dog lady! Literally, I have a necklace that says ‘crazy dog lady’ and my dog has a matching tag that says ‘crazy lady’s dog’.
Getting my first dog Ella at age 15 was what opened my eyes to these amazing creatures, she helped me through some tough times in my life and taught me a lot about myself. I am now dog mum to a Maltese Shihtzu named Allie and if she can’t go somewhere, I’m not going either!
I run a small pet sitting business with Allie as my business partner, so we have a lot of fur friends. A goal of mine is to become a foster mum to dogs and cats in need of a home.
I’m Sarah and I have been working at PawPals since the beginning of March 2019. Before starting here I worked at another Perth dog daycare for about 5 years whilst completing my Cert III in companion animals at Tafe.

Hi I’m Taliah, a Canine Coach here at Pawpals! I’ve worked in doggy daycares for over 4 years whilst studying for various animal related certifications. I’ve loved dogs since I could remember and take every opportunity to learn about them!
When I’m not at work, I’m cuddling up with my own dogs, studying, doing some painting or playing with my pet rats!
Hi, I’m Jayne.
I’m very fortunate to have spent most of my adult life travelling the world, exploring and building careers for myself.
I have a very special kind of love for the outdoors, the beach, my family and friends, health, sunsets and last but not least, furbabies of course!
I just LOVE dogs!
